How it Works

Our self-service Online Return Center make returns and exchanges easy, and you can choose to send your items back with our simple return process. To begin process see the steps below. Click here for our full Return Policy.

  • Make sure the items you want to return or exchange meet our Return Policy requirements.
  • Return labels can be printed using our self-service Online Return Center.
  • Your return should be packaged neatly with your return labels clearly visible.
  • Your package will be delivered back to us.
  • We confirm the items meet the Return Policy guidelines.
  • Your refund will appear on your credit card statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles.

Exchange an Item

Step 1

Place a new order for the correct items.
(Complete the entire checkout process.)

Step 2

Return your unwanted items using our Online Return Center.
(You will need to provide the order number to start the process.)

 Return Policy

The following criteria must be met in order to be eligible for a refund.

  1. Returns must be post marked within 14 days of the original order date.
  2. Item(s) being returned must be in their factory sealed, unopened packaging.
  3. Item(s) must be accompanied by our Return Form (To Download Adobe Acrobat Click Here).
  4. Item(s) must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with a delivery confirmation with all shipping costs pre-paid.

Products will NOT be eligible for a refund if:

  1. Item was refused upon delivery.
  2. An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
  3. Items are not received on time because the wrong shipping method was chosen by the customer.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product(s), please place a new order for an item of equal or greater value first. Then fill out the return form completely with your new and old order numbers to indicate an exchange.

 

There is a minimum 20% restocking fee, if more than 5 of one item is returned or if the return totals $500.00 or more.

Please note: Styles are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We do our best to catch these issues before they arise, however, the manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We do reflect any changes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns are typically processed within a week of when we receive the item back. During the Halloween season (September to November), this process can take up to 4 weeks. Only the price of the product is refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

If a refund is denied based on the above criteria, we will NOT automatically call and/or return the item to you. Items that are denied a refund are held for 30 days and only returned if the customer authorizes us to charge their credit card for the applicable return shipping fees.
